So we're selling our house!

Moose and I have been watching Zillow fairly religiously for about a year now. I knew that our house was a tad bit smaller than I would like for multiple children and I wanted to be on the lookout for when the "right one" came along in order to upgrade. We were in no hurry, but had several things on our list. That being said, we really didn't expect to move anytime soon.

Fast forward to the week Moose was in the Dominican.

Chelsea and I decided to paint Eva Kate's room and I cheekily said, "Watch--I'll paint this thing and find a house." Lo and behold, I mayyyyy have done that very thing! We found a house that we just love and have put an offer in on it. In order for everything to go through, we have to sell ours first, so I am not positive everything will work out for this specific house...but ours is officially on the market. 28 weeks pregnant, house on the market, out of town for two weeks in August. Why not!?!? I always did like to make things as stressful as possible :)

I thought we could take a little trip down memory lane as we look at our house currently at what it looked like before! Our realtor (also my aunt/uncle) found some photos from the original house listing right before we moved in and I have put them below as a side-by-side for your viewing pleasure. It really made me nostalgic and feel the love, blood, sweat, and tears that have gone into making this house our home over the past five years.

The exterior (yep. That's a school bell and flag pole!)

Front living room (those spindles were literally the first thing to go)

Front Living room 2 (those sconces were next)

Living room to Kitchen view. This room was the BIGGEST transformation. Literally everything is brand new (except my dishwasher...it is from 1975 and is the BEST dishwasher in the history of the world).

Back Den. (That carpet though!)

Main Hall Bathroom (What are those lights? And that wallpaper)

Hallway. Ironically we kept that wallpaper and just painted it. I love the texture.

And here are a few more pictures of current that I didn't have old photos to compare with:
