Anything making you queasy or sick: Still playing the gallbladder games

Have you started to show? For some reason, I feel rather large this week. I think she's spreading out!

Belly Button in or out? On the verge

Wedding rings on or off? Either rocking my Walmart rings or my band from when I worked at CFA.

Milestones: Eva Kate is in the head-down position in the birth canal to prep for birth (she's been there for like 2 months, silly girl). Her skin is less translucent and she is strong enough to be a healthy baby if born anytime soon!

What's Been Going On: Feelings-wise, Not a whole lot new here. I definitely feel myself and Eva Kate growing. Lol.
Life-wise: cross country is gearing up! We also are still sitting with our house on the market ... So hurry up and wait there! Haha.

Movement: Yes!

Food cravings: not really craving, but eating up all the lobster I can handle!

We are getting closer!!! There's something magical about going to the doctor every other week that makes the time fly.

What's Been Going On: Feelings-wise, Not a whole lot new here. I feel like I'm growing out more, but my weight has been consistent for the past few weeks--it might just be me!
Life-wise: I've been in Maine with dad and his parents! I need to catch up on blogging in the next week or two! Be on the lookout for a shower post, a Maine post, and some life lately!

July 4th Weekend!

We have had such a busy month that I am just now getting around to blogging about the weekend of the fourth! Oops!

I always try to do something fun for the holiday and this weekend was no exception! We packed a TON of things into the short time.

Our Sunday School class had a party on Saturday at the Berry's house. We swam, ate and just enjoyed each other's company. Our class tries to do something every few months and we trade out kid-events with kid-less events. This was a kid-event, so there was a lot more wild and crazy going on!

The Berrys have a zip line in their back yard. It's not too high, so before my mom got there (or AS she was walking down the yard), I had to try!

The kiddos and grown up men played pool games!

And yard games! There is never an outdoor outing where polish darts is not close by (Especially if my brother Micah or our friend Bryan are near). Basically, you throw a frisbee at a glass bottle balancing on top of PVC. You earn points for knocking the bottle down or getting the frisbee past your opponents. It is just as invigorating as it sounds :)

Mack entertaining Weston (or the other way around?)

My turn ended in a nap. I guess I'm not as exciting as she is!

After the Sunday School party, several of us headed to our town's firework display. A lot of us went separately, but ended up at our favorite spot together. I don't really love the fireworks (I know...party pooper), but I enjoy the hanging out time before they begin! Micah and Travis serenaded us with a playlist all about fire as the fireworks popped around us, so that was a fun touch.

Sunday morning, we had our annual patriotic service at church. I really enjoy this service and we love celebrating our freedom in America and freedom in Christ.

Finally (I told you we packed a lot in), on Monday --the actual 4th--we had the Saville family and Roberts family over for Low Country Boil and some fam time! I made it my goal to eat different food all weekend and Friday night we ate out, Saturday's cookout was BBQ, Sunday was Hamburgers/Hotdogs at church, and Monday was Boil. SUCCESS!!!

We had so much fun hanging out with both sides of our family! And again--Polish Darts was played :)

All in all this weekend was a jam-packed, family and friend filled weekend. Totally my favorite kind!
I can't wait to make many more memories like this when Eva Kate is here to join us! Tradition and holidays are just my FAVORITE :)

So we're selling our house!

Moose and I have been watching Zillow fairly religiously for about a year now. I knew that our house was a tad bit smaller than I would like for multiple children and I wanted to be on the lookout for when the "right one" came along in order to upgrade. We were in no hurry, but had several things on our list. That being said, we really didn't expect to move anytime soon.

Fast forward to the week Moose was in the Dominican.

Chelsea and I decided to paint Eva Kate's room and I cheekily said, "Watch--I'll paint this thing and find a house." Lo and behold, I mayyyyy have done that very thing! We found a house that we just love and have put an offer in on it. In order for everything to go through, we have to sell ours first, so I am not positive everything will work out for this specific house...but ours is officially on the market. 28 weeks pregnant, house on the market, out of town for two weeks in August. Why not!?!? I always did like to make things as stressful as possible :)

I thought we could take a little trip down memory lane as we look at our house currently at what it looked like before! Our realtor (also my aunt/uncle) found some photos from the original house listing right before we moved in and I have put them below as a side-by-side for your viewing pleasure. It really made me nostalgic and feel the love, blood, sweat, and tears that have gone into making this house our home over the past five years.

The exterior (yep. That's a school bell and flag pole!)

Front living room (those spindles were literally the first thing to go)

Front Living room 2 (those sconces were next)

Living room to Kitchen view. This room was the BIGGEST transformation. Literally everything is brand new (except my dishwasher...it is from 1975 and is the BEST dishwasher in the history of the world).

Back Den. (That carpet though!)

Main Hall Bathroom (What are those lights? And that wallpaper)

Hallway. Ironically we kept that wallpaper and just painted it. I love the texture.

And here are a few more pictures of current that I didn't have old photos to compare with:

Baby Saville #1. Week 28 (and 27) Update.

Woah! This last two weeks has been a blur! I didn't totally abandon you-I promise!

How far along?
 28 weeks

Size: eggplant

Total weight gain/loss: + 25 lbs (oh man)

Maternity clothes? Definitely

Stretch marks? Not yet

Sleep: serious leg cramp!

Best moment this week: This past week or so have been BUSY and I love it!

Movement: Yes! All the time; everywhere.

Food cravings: no cravings during this part of pregnancy.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Not sick--just indigestion. Like. My chest is on fire.

Have you started to show yet: yes! I'm definitely growing. Third trimester is here and I can tell!

Gender: all things girl around here :)

Belly Button in or out? In, but it is sort of getting larger.

Wedding rings on or off? Either rocking my Walmart rings or my band from when I worked at CFA.

Milestones: Viability!!! Eva Kate's insides are fully functionable and over the next 12 weeks (ish), she will just be getting stronger and larger and ready to make it in this big ole world. Third trimester y'all.

Major Happenings: Miss Eva Kate got to run in her first race! I promptly forgot my finish time and bought new shoes because she (and those extra 25 lbs) made it my hardest race ever. Slow but going is my motto currently!

What's Been Going On: Feelings-wise, I'm still having some back and pelvic pain. The chiropractor has definitely helped.
Life-wise: so here's this--I got the nursery painted...and then we found a house that we really like. SO, we put ours on the market and put an offer on it. We may be moving this third trimester! If our house sells, we're out of there. We have loved our little house so so so so much and built our life there, but we're ready for a change.

Looking Forward To:  This week is kids camp!!! Woo hoo!!!
Also, with Moose's work change, our insurance also changed. We've put off a couple of doctor's appointments--so they're coming up. Glucose test, TDap, and placenta-checking ultrasound. Hoping for great news on all counts!!!
